Book Fair This Week

Good Morning, I thought I would take this opportunity to remind the parents of our elementary students about the upcoming Scholastic Book Fair on Thursday and Friday of this week. There will be a great selection of books, in a wide variety of ranges and grade levels. We will have everything from Star Wars and Judy Moody to Pete the Cat (a VIT Elementary Favorite). Reading is an important skill and great leisure activity for young and old. Independent reading is a great way to boost critical thinking skills, creativity, and school success. If you have time to visit our Book Fair, please do so. If not, our staff will be happy help your students pick out appropriately leveled and priced books to bring home and read this weekend.
